LincJack Constructions is a family business run by Perth local carpenter and site supervisor Ryan Brown. Having over 20 years experience as a carpenter before attaining a Diploma in Building and Construction, Ryan has been involved in the building industry both here in Perth and back in England.

Specialising in commercial and retail construction management, LincJack Constructions has completed a wide range of projects as Site Supervisor. Clients are regularly impressed with Ryan’s technical knowledge, and ability to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

LincJack also offers renovation, small demolition and other building services to private clients, with the same expertise he offers his commercial clients.

EyeQ Optometrists

Retail refits can often be a daunting task, but thankfully not for this optometrist in Karrinyup.

LincJack successfully managed this project from start to finish. Starting with demolition of the original shop and ending with a full refit, including all carpentry, joinery, plaster and framing.

Ryan takes the greatest of care with every project he works on, including site management and engaging with all necessary trades to deliver the finished product to you, the client.

In partnership with Built, LincJack acted as site supervisor, while engaging some of our own trades for framing, painting, tiling, structural steel, cladding, carpentry and glazing.

LincJack also managed trades under the Westfield centre group, trades supplied by NAB and Built – mechanical, electrical, engineering, architectural, safe and ATM installation, signage, technical – the list goes on!
